airdrop failed

hello! my airdrop keeps failing when sending from macbook air to iphone 7+. at first I can send the file, but when the process is complete , it says 'failed'. it's been 3 days and i already tried to restart my devices, or turning off wifi/bluetooth and turning it on again. but it doesn't help. please help me fix it

Make sure incoming connections are not blocked.
