Hello,
Last night, my iPhone Xr completely stopped working. When I plug it in and unplug the phone, it will light up but other than that the buttons on the side won't work and the touch screen once lit up will not unlock. It's as if the phone is completely frozen. Please let me know if this is something you are able to help me fix.
