My facetime photos are not saving on iOS 13.3.1 and my FaceTime Live Photos are on. Any solutions?

First, let's have you force close FaceTime and then restart your device. Once the device has finished restarting, test to see if the issue remains.

update your phone. i had the same issue so i contacted apple support. they told me to update. photos that you take on facetime will now show up in the photos app after the update. give it about an hour to finish everything after the update though. it didn’t work right away for me.

I have the same issue and my iPhone is up to date. So is my Mac and iPad. The FaceTime live photos do not appear on any of my devices. The last one taken and saved on 5/3/2020. None have saved since. I'm up to date. I've restarted, turned FaceTime on off, and the problem persists. Everything was fine until a week ago. HELP!!!

I have tried all of those options and nothing has worked. After I take a FaceTime Live photo it says it has been saved but doesn't show up anywhere.

i am also having this issue. i would assume that it has been going on for a few weeks, but i’m not completely sure. i have also tried all of the steps above and nothing has changed.

I have the the live photos option enabled but I still cannot find my photos in the photos app. Please can you provide some guidance?

PS I'm running IOS 13.4.1 on my iPhone 8 plus.
