Update - iOS 13

After my iPhone 8 updated with the iOS 13 update, I haven’t been able to receive notifications with instagram. I’m not sure if it’s the instagram app itself or if it was the update on the phone.

all settings in both my iPhone setting and instagram are on to receive notifications, I have reset the phone. Shut the phone down and restarted it. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the instagram app itself.

if anyone has had this issue could they please help me or let me know who I should contact about this issue
