screen cracked

I have bought apple watch series 3 cellular 38mm almost 1year back..the screen has been cracked... the crack may begin on one side and then may continue around the screen..the apple has claimed that the there is a free screen replacement programme on series 2 and 3 .....is there any chances that my iwatch has a free screen replacement in apple service center?
