Mac Mail Plugins Manager Button Nonfunctional

I recently upgraded to 10.15.3 and noticed that I am unable to access the Manage Plug-ins under Mail Preferences>General. The button is not functional when clicked. I have a handful of plugins and I am unable to re-enable one in particular after updating and restarting several times. Has Apple nixed plug in support for Mail app? Or is there something I can do to bring up the 'manage plug-ins' window without the now nonfunctional button in preferences?

These were the details I was waiting for in order to determine the best course of action for you.

I have no need to go see a YouTube video.

Quit mail.

From the Finder>Go>Go to Folder, copy & Paste:

 ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail

Highlight all the contents in this folder. Place your mouse on the selection,

Then Control click (right-click) and choose "New Folder with Selection”. Do not move the new folder from this current location.

You can close the Finder window.

The next step will be to restart the Mac and test

After the computer is restarted,

open the Mail.app> Preferences to see if it opens properly your Preference>General> Manager Plug-ins

please post back your success or failure

Downloading updated plug-ins I suspect is your way forward.

Once downloaded, Quit mail.app, launch your updates—then start up your Mail.app and try again.

You may have to go directly to the Supporting Site for "your" Plug-in and or wait until the developer updates.

I can say no more here since you supplied no specifics.

I have heard of no issues with the plug-in manager in Catalina.

How would this be a problem with the plugin in particular? I have other plugins that have not been disabled and are still enabled in Mac Mail and working fine. Although I can no longer manage them since I cannot access the Manage Plugins window. See attached: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zier5lT_fDY
