I bought an iPhone XS Max 256 GB from shop who I think related to apple store and the phone it is like new after one day I find a green light at the screen appeard so please what should I do ?!

Take it back to the shop and get a replacement iPhone or get your money back. This appears to be a hardware issue and no amount of effort and processes will fix it. It needs repair. Take the iPhone back.

I am seeing it in the middle of the screen near to right side it’s only a green line I will try to share the photo and the line sometimes it comes and sometimes goes !!
what is hw cable ? If I asked any apple store to give me another one could they do it because I red that all the Xs max has this issue and this first time I use iPhone and this happened to me I am so sad !

Where are you seeing the green light at the screen? Is it actually a light or a failed pixel on the screen. Can you post a picture of your screen with this light?

The connection between the mainboard and display modul is called flex cable.

Actually I bought it from Kharkov Ukraine and the shop here he picked it up from USA
So it is an imported device this shop is not selling brand new devices.
