Cannot send email

Cannot send mail. The sender address was invalid

Now I have no training in computers here. For Matter fact I have a degree in Hotel Management nothing to do with computers. however I do come on here from time to time to answer questions due to being an Apple user. Try and see if all your email account information is correct. Like for example did you enter all the right info when setting up your mail settings. I have accidentally entered one letter or number wrong and have gotten very frustrated and wanted to throw my computer across the room cause I could not figure out what the issue was only to find out that missed a number or letter or did not capitalize or entered the wrong letter in my name or email in the settings. Try to look that over. Or go in and take out your current email settings in your Apple email program on the current Apple OS and reenter the settings.
