6 out of 10 times when i charge my i phone 11 pro its battery remains at the same percentage, for example if i charge it at 75% it will stay at 75% and the charging logo will be present too but the % just wont go up. Rest of the times it will charge normally. I use the original charger and cable.

Maybe you should turn off your device completely and then turn on.
Another workaround could be: enable low power mode on your iPhone.
I think this is a temporary issue. I had a completely different issue on my iPhone 6s last year. Even after using the device for whole day, the battery showed 100%. First, I was surprised (and was overjoyed at the powerful battery), but then realized it was a bug. A normal restart solved the issue.
I also have the same problem today -- battery seems stuck at 42% but after some usage, trying to charge, reboot, and update to latest iOS, it's now at 38% but charging icon is displayed when plugged in or via wireless charging.
