Apple Watch heart rate sensor don’t stop

Help me. My Apple Watch still open sensor. It don’t stop. I think it’s software issue.

Apple Watch heart rate monitor will not stop monitoring. Hello! Months ago I disabled the heart rate tracker as per instructions I found in these forums. However, out of curiosity I checked out the heart rate data section of the Health app and it showed my heart rate was STILL continuously monitored. Every minute I wore it, every time I wore it. This feels like deception. Is there any way to actually turn off the sensors completely or do I have to deface the sensors to get Apple to stop tracking my heart rate? Thank you!

Problem with wrist detection and heart rate sensor - Apple Watch series 4 Wrist detection isn't working at all neither does the unlock with iPhone feature.Also, when I measure my heart rate without touching the crown, it is always 60-70 bpm, no matter if I'm at the gym or in the bed. Does anybody have these issue and are they software related? Thanks in advance!

Continuous heart rate monitoring How do I get my Apple Watch SE to continuously monitor my heart rate? or is this only available with the series 6 ? It seems to only monitor it when i open the heart app on my apple watch

Try this;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds or until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
