SIM not support

I try to activate the iphone XsMax but it came error (SIM not Support)

i try to change the SIM card and its same

i try to activate by ituns also same error

It most likely means the phone is locked to a carrier, and only a SIM card from that carrier will work in it. You should return the phone and get an unlocked one if that is what you wanted.
