iPad Always Shows Video Icon

Hello, my iPad has been having an issue where the display on the lock screen shows the icon that appears when a video is playing - it’s always there but I’m never playing a video (yes, I’m sure).

I has this problem a while ago but fixed it with a hard reset - but now it’s back and I just want to find out why it keeps coming and how to get rid of it?
