Hello, my iPad has been having an issue where the display on the lock screen shows the icon that appears when a video is playing - it’s always there but I’m never playing a video (yes, I’m sure).
I has this problem a while ago but fixed it with a hard reset - but now it’s back and I just want to find out why it keeps coming and how to get rid of it?

No, nothing running. It’s just always there. No tabs open in Safari either.
If I press the play button, nothing happens.
