Error Message Corrupt App bundle

I have read previous posts and utilized the advice. I started in safe mode and the error doesn't appear. I tried to run Etrecheck but it closes unexpectedly whenever the error message posts. I have ESET antivirus, etc, and been using it for years. I did delete all the quarantine files. I can't seem to discover what is causing the message. I have not downloaded any apps to the machine recently.
