How to file my claim to get my $25
I had a iPhone 6 and 7 plus and due to the most resent settlement apple said they would pay users $25 if the filed a claim so how do I do that?

You evidently don't know how to post a question either. Posting an image to get large type won't produce any different an answer.
By reading this thread before you posted you would have discovered that a) the procedure has not been finalized yet, and b) it is not available to people outside the USA.
Whatever you got would be a scam, so I hope you didn't provide any information to whoever you got that from?
The settlement has NOT been finalized yet, there is no payment method defined and anyone writing you is scamming you.
We have no way of knowing. Based on prior experience with class action settlements, plus the fact that most courts are closed for civil cases due to the coronavirus, I would hazard a guess at 2-3 years. When the case is settled the court will have a list provided by Apple of all eligible iPhone owners from 2017-2018 and the distribution agent for the court will contact you with instructions. You don’t need to take any action. And the amount of $25 is an estimate. The actual amount will be based on the final amount of the settlement and the number of eligible people.

How clever of you to respond to a post made over a month ago with a comment that is even less meaningful that the post you responded to!
You should take your own advice.

yes we know that but when they will pay to us $25 to USA! ?
As you would know if you had bothered to read ANY of the thread you posted to, When the judge approves the term/plan for the settlement.
Based on the fact that civil courts are closed due to the coronavirus probably in about 3 years. But your guess is as good as mine.
The settlement has been approved by the judge and there is a link in another thread with where you can file (US only) for the funds, choose to opt out, choose to opt out and file separately, etc. And the letter that was posted previously is legit and has the correct website.
We're not giving you any money. We are users only on this user to user forum. Click the link which has been posted in this thread and see if you even qualify. If you qualify $25 is the maximum you MIGHT get and you may get even less. Even if you get $25, it won't buy you a phone. It will buy you a few nice cups of coffee at Starbucks though.
If you are interested in actually fixing your now obsolete phone, have the battery checked.
If you are only interested in $25, see: Apple Slowdown tentative settlement detai… - Apple Community

can i please file a claim for each of my four family members to recieve $25 each family member?
So we can not file a $25 dollar claim yet correct?
The settlement hasn't been approved by the courts.
IF and when it is, information on how to file a claim will be published.
Correct. The payment will be per phone, not per person, and only phones that had this specific problem.
And only phones purchased in the USA, payment made to residents in the USA.
