Stop notes from emailing
How do I stop my iPhone X from sending my notes to my email?

Thanks for posting your question about notes and mail on your iPhone. I'll be glad to see if I can help out.
Can you provide some detail about what's happening? Are you referring to notes syncing with an email account, or something else?
If you're referring to notes and syncing to a third-party email account, try tapping Settings > Passwords & Accounts. Then tap the account in question and you can turn Notes off. Please note that when you do this, any synced notes are deleted from the device.
