Trying to 'cast' from my phone to the TV. (done many times in the past).
Using iPhone, to Screen Mirroring...to Apple TV
Message window appears stating AirPlay Code - Enter the onscreen code for "Apple TV".
What/where do I find this code?

There may be differences between 2nd/3rd generation and 4th generation or later.
Each AirPlay device (e.g. phone) will have to pair as an authorized device (once). The code would be on the other screen: if your phone asks for a code, that passcode would be on the TV screen. That way, unauthorized people that can’t see the screen won’t be able to AirPlay. So verify that you are also connecting to the correct Apple TV box.
