Any way to service battery without replacing it for MBP 15"

I bought my MBP 15” (2017 model) on August 2018.

Currently the battery icon showing “Service Battery”. I’m using the MBP on daily basis and most of the time i’m plugging to the charger. Now the battery showing needed to be service but I’ve use MBP for less than 2 years and my cycle count is only 246. Is there any way to fix it without having it to be replaced?

You are thinking of "Replace Soon". Actually "Service Battery" means an internal fault has been detected in the battery. Here is a list of the battery conditions:

@leofromkaj, I would certainly replace a faulty battery.

Do you have coconutBattery installed? That will compare it to the reference new battery capacity for your machine.

If you really don't want to replace it, nobody can make you do it. The big worry would be if there's some condition with the battery where it might be more likely to swell. That would be bad because that's usually damages the logic board components.
