Whenever I leave my house, ex) outside, sports, etc. My iPhone will restart randomly. I notice it most when my earbuds are plugged in (Apple Brand) but it also happens when they are not. Not sure how I should go about it.

Thanks for getting back to us. Restoring your iPhone to factory settings can isolate the issue to either hardware or software. Please see: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings.
Be sure and follow "Get your device ready" and make a backup. Before restoring the backup, test the iPhone and see if the random restarts continue. If they don't, restore the backup and test again.

If you followed the article's instructions in the previous post and the issue is still occurring, it being a hardware issue becomes very likely. Please contact support.

Hard reset my phone and then backed it up. Same problem happens... could it be a hardware problem?

Have you checked Battery Health? Sometimes restarts can be caused by a degraded battery. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health. This article may also help: iPhone Battery and Performance.
