Dead pixel

I change the battery before 5 days and now on the screen is a dead pixels which growing up every few hours. Is it possible because of the new battery or this is mechanical destroyet?

My battery is significantly degraded . Can that affect the screen functioning? My battery is significantly degraded and ive noticed my screen has been scrolling up and down . Could that be the effect of the damaged battery?

It may possibly be a display damage that might have occured while your batttery was replaced.

The same can occur if you have installed a duplicate battery instead of the orginal device battery, due to a change in voltage.

It is better to visit your nearest service centre and get it checked as soon as possible.
