Dead pixel in iPhone XS Max screen

Hi,

I am facing serious problem of dead pixel in iphone xs max after using the handset for more than a year now.It will be great if i get any help from apple regarding this as i have apple phones for last 9 yrs. I have never faced something like this in their prior devices.I am providing the snapshot also,PFA. Please do the needful
