fraud website

I got email that notify me, that my apple ID have been used to purchase something, and if I need to cancel, to click the link.

That link goes to website very similar with the Apple's.

After input the Apple ID, when entering the password, it said wrong, and I must fill the whole data again to verify.... Then, I know, this must be fake..... Why I should fill the whole data again...

Have been tried to report this to Apple, but I can't find where the report can be done.

That website need to blocked, or someone will fall to the fraud.

You say: "After input the Apple ID, when entering the password, it said wrong, and I must fill the whole data again to verify.... Then, I know, this must be fake..... Why I should fill the whole data again..."

You were being scammed. If you provided any potentially damaging information, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, your bank, etc.

If you gave you Apple ID password to a scammer, then

Change your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201355

Here is: What to do [before] or after you change your Apple ID or password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204071

And, see Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201679
