I want to save a web page to pdf with Chome.

I use Chrome with a PC and sync passwords between browsers so I can’t use Safari.

I have some documents I want to print to pdf where I am.

Is there anyway to do Web Document > IPad > pdf?

Generally, within iOS/iPadOS, printing is initiated from the App using the App’s share-sheet (or equivalent) - often the icon is a square with an upward pointing arrow. If supported, you may find a Save to PDF option in the list; with iPadOS, you often see a “Markup” option - which provides the facility to create a PDF document.
