EWA subscription

Dear Apple Support team

I subscribed to EWA app a few days ago and than after free trial period has been finished, was unsubscribed. But today the application tried to charge me 34$ .

In my subscriptions it’s showed as active applications.

Could you please help me

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I see you have some concerns about a subscription for the EWA app and you'd like to know what to do. I know it's important to manage your subscriptions; I'd like to help. Based on the information in your screenshot, specifically "Select an option to resubscribe. If you resubscribe, your new subscription will begin now," it appears that the subscription has been canceled. To be sure, I'd suggest looking for the charge in your purchase history: See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store



If you do see a charge for this in your purchase history you can request a refund:

Thanks for getting back to us with that additional information. After further review of your initial screenshot, it does appear you may have been charged for a subscription; I see that the current subscription is set to expire in September 2020. Subscriptions need to be canceled at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid charges, this could be why you were automatically subscribed. In order to request a refund, you'll need to allow the purchase to go through as pending charges aren't eligible for refund requests.


"If you can't request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com

If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.

If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information."
