Thanks for getting back to us with that additional information. After further review of your initial screenshot, it does appear you may have been charged for a subscription; I see that the current subscription is set to expire in September 2020. Subscriptions need to be canceled at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid charges, this could be why you were automatically subscribed. In order to request a refund, you'll need to allow the purchase to go through as pending charges aren't eligible for refund requests.
If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information."
