Is it possible to run Logic Pro 10.2.4 on a macbook with yosemite, and download Logic Pro 10.4.8 on a Macbook with Mojave (10.14.4) with the same account?

Yes, that's fine. Make sure auto updates is turned off so nothing is 'accidentally' automatically updated, which Apple love to do.

As a precaution (should always be done anyway) back up your Logic X application and label it with the version number.

I have 4 different versions of Logic X sitting on one computer (a test platform) and all happily work depending on what one I decide to boot. You can drag and drop the apps into place. Your only danger is if your older machine downloads an update and overwrites the version you like to use on a particular machine but my points above will help that not to happen, or if it does, you can drag the required app back into place from the backup.
