I can´t cancel a free trial through my apple ID

Hi!

I currently have a free 3 month trial with Deezer and i started getting the email notifications reminding me of it expiring soon and telling me i will start getting charged in April. However, i don´t want to be charged. When i get into the subscription it doesn´t give me an option to cancel the trial or the subscription so i´m concerned i´m gonna get charged eventhough i don´t want. Deezer can´t help. I can´t seem to cancel it like my apple tv subscription that does give me the option.

I will appreciate if someone can tell me what to do!
