Memoji Sticker showing as white box

Does anyone know how to refresh or fix broken Memoji stickers? For a few months now one of them, the crying shark to be exact has just been showing as a white box for me. IF you add it to a message it still shows as a white box. I'm on the newest IOS 13.3.1 on an iPhone 7plus. It's fine for my wife who has the same exact phone. I haven't restored my phone of course because I don't really want to have to redo everything as that is a pretty extreme option for fixing an emoji. I have attached a picture showing what I'm talking about.
