made an in app purchase this aft on Golf Clash. Money was taken right away, received a receipt 3 hours later and has now been 4 hours since receiving receipt and still no sign on the game of what I purchased. How long do I wait?

As long as you have quit and relaunched the app, you will need to check with the developer on in app purchases.
