Bluetooth unavailable

Same issue here... Apple TV for me. Testing with AirPods and PowerBeats Pro. Apple TV doesn’t see them. If I go into Bluetooth settings I get the spinning circle so seems a problem with Bluetooth on Apple TV. Running TVOS 13.3.1 no other update available.

Update: I eventually did a factory reset on the Apple TV and Bluetooth returned ... but now (24 hours later or less) it is gone again and trying to get to Bluetooth settings on the Apple TV just gives spinning circle (again) by the “Other devices” header. Back to square 1.
