New battery fitted

I had a new battery put in a iPhone 6s in December 2019. My battery health is showing 98% now. . Is this normal. Thinking now maybe I should of got a newer phone especially ios14 does not support my iPhone later in year. Couple of time gone into settings app and has not responded

thank you, sorry I was concerned about is that 2% has been lost in a few months and battery health will decline quicker than originally battery in it. I have had the iPhone from new October 2017 changed battery at 88% I was experiencing some issues took in to Apple shop who diagnosed with battery issues
