delete multiple contacts

I have 15+ records for each contact in my new iPhone 11 and they all have the same information in them. How can I easily delete them without having to click on each one, scroll down, edit, delete? I found information online to do this through iCloud but can't find the area in iCloud to show my contacts.

Contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

How many Contacts account (email client server) you have?
What is your default Contacts Account?
Which email account you are using to store Contacts?
