Watch does not adjust for bradycardia (low heart rate)

My resting heart rate is 45 beats per minute but can go as low as 38 while sleeping. During vigorous exercise, the highest I can get is 135-140 which is 20 bpm lower than my “max” calculated by Apple. Given that Apple Watch can be set for different health conditions under “Accessibility “, can bradycardia be included in a future release? Bradycardia affects about 1 in 1000 males.
