Whenever I say ‘hey Siri’ she doesn’t respond. I have set her up multiple times, but that does not do anything. How can I get her to respond when I say ‘hey Siri’?
Calling out Hey Siri only work on iPad mini 5 without connected to power.
Earlier iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch models with iOS 8 or later might also support "Hey Siri" while plugged into power.

Device. This is on my iPad4 mini
My iPad is connected the our home wifi, and I have to press the home button for Siri, because when I say out loud ’hey Siri’ she is supposed to come up but she doesn’t.
Device or computer?
Is your iPad connected to wall power?
Is iPad connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi?
Or did you press the Home button for Siri?
Calling out Hey Siri must work on the iPad4 minis because it works on my sisters, and hers is the same type as mine
