itunes keeps asking me to authorise the computer

Certain songs won't play and iTunes keeps asking me to authorise the computer. I authorise it and it says this computer is already authorised! I've tried turning off user account controls and removing the sc info folder. Any advice?

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
