Where to leave Customer Service Feedback

I had a really bad experience with customer service/using the website in general. I want to find out where I can leave my scathing review. Here are three things I need clarification on:


1a)When I get a case number, it says I can leave a review of what happened. Where do I go to put in this case number? When I get there, what do I click on to write a review?

1b)When I tried the support app, it said I could find all my cases numbers under recent support cases. Where is that? How do I find it? Does it even exist? I was rerouted so many times it's not even funny. At one point I was on Apple's home product and it kept redirecting me to buy a new laptop. I have logged into my account so many times, I have 3 dozen notifications on my phone telling me that I have logged onto a "suspicious computer"


2)Where can I leave a general review of apple customer support? I saw some other threads but the answers all led me to product feedback sites, not customer service feedback, even though the url clearly stated customer feedback.


3)Are there different types of customer support? Because when I go through the redirection from logging into my iCloud account vs logging into my apple ID account, I am sent to different places. And by different types, I don't just mean product support vs technical support, I mean are there literally two different places to get technical support depending on where you login in initially? Why does Apple make it so complicated?
