Camera Models mostly missing in Smart Album settings

Was having trouble finding a photo the other day and decided a smart album set to the specific camera it was shot on would be a good bet since I only have a handful from this particular camera (DJI Mavic Pro, which shows up in photos as "DJI FC220"). I discovered that this function is almost completely broken, only a few odd cameras show up (see attached).

I have a pretty big library (45k photos) with a variety of cameras I've used over the years. A small sample of some models I tried looking for (knowing they exist, see below screenshots of info windows from these photos) were Apple iPhone X, Apple iPhone 6S Plus, Apple iPhone 11 Pro, Canon EOS 7D, Canon EOS 6D Mark II, and the DJI FC220. None of them came up.

In my research on this topic I only found one hit, this apple discussion from 2016, but the solution of "just wait a bit" is not working for me (unless it takes well over a day?). The 5 cameras that showed up initially are still the only ones there.

Restarted computer, tried another computer (iCloud Photo Library is on, full versions on one machine, optimized on the other), waited over 24 hours, etc. I'm stumped. Any ideas on how I can fix this would be hugely appreciated.

You're welcome. 😊 It is poorly implemented. How are we to guess, that this menu needs scrolling, since it is so short and the arrow at the bottom is missing? The Smart album rule "keyword is ..." has at least an arrow at the bottom to show there is more.

I have changed the "System Preferences > General" to "Show Scroll bars: Always", so I can see, if a panel, pane, or list needs scrolling, but this particular menu does not follow the protocol correctly and is behaving, like the setting were "Show Scroll bars: When scrolling". It looks buggy to me.
