sleep mode battery drain in case WIFI is on

I have the latest macbook pro 16", in sleep mode battery drain drastically. I did play around with settings and finally found that it is related to wifi. If my wifi is ON then battery just drain in 6/7 hours. If wifi is OFF, it behave normal. How to fix it?
