First of all, downgrade is not supported.

Even if you can, iOS 13.3.1 is not the issue, it is something else.

Which problem? My i8+ with 13.3.1 clocks in at 70-80% charge at the end of the day when I prop it on its wireless charger. Either have it checked for hardware problems (probably won’t be any) or take a good look at your workflow and how to optimize the usage.

Take you iPhone 8 Plus to Apple Store, or Authorized Apple Service Provider to have it checked out. Techs can find out what’s going on with your iPhone.
