IPhone 7 Apps Crashing w’ latest software installed ??

My IPhone 7 apps keep crashing! Some apps will work, some will just open freeze then close, and some will open and log me out every time- then freeze again. I have the latest update available (IOS 13.3.1). I have also rebooted my phone. Any ideas ??
