Apple Music

Hello. Just recently I had to restore my iPhone because it was not functioning properly. Before I had to restore my iPhone, I had hundreds of songs downloaded on my Apple music. I opened the app to try and download my songs again, but I could only successfully download 3 songs and nothing else. The plus sign next to a song I would like to download would instantly disappear. Can anyone tell me what is happening?
