You can not re-download songs (but I'm not doing it)

Hey. I stumbled upon a weird behaviour on iPhone. I'm trying to play an album already added to my Library. I can't, as all I'm getting is the message that... I can't re-download it? See below. I can play it on Mac, I can play it in the car, but not on the phone. I'm beyond restarting a phone, removing other downloads, etc. Still clueless why it says so.

Delete the album and download it again.
