macbook is slow, low fps, bad performance overall

Hello,

For some time I am experiencing some issues with my macbook's performance. Issues like bad fps in games (my brother is having the exact same model and he is experiencing 2,3x my fps), fps drops and bad performance in general (macbook is slow / freezing when I work)

Notes:

  1. I have a licensed clean my mac installed
  2. I have the latest OS as well as applications updates
  3. I have 70gb available out of 250
  4. Macbook is a macbook pro, 15 inches, 2018, 2.2 6 core i8, 16GB DDR4, Radeon Pro 555X
  5. 2 weeks ago I have cleaned my hard drive and reseted to factory defaults

Thanks!

Uninstall CleanMyMac as per the developers instructions. No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system. Your Mac has all the built-in protection you need.

Uninstall Fortinet, VPNs are not recommended.
