Burns on my wrist from Apple Watch

What is Apple's recommendation for burns on my wrist from the watch band? I've purchased a new band and just received it today. But, I have the attached photo of my wrist's burns.

This has been discussed ad infinitum since the very first Apple Watch. It is not a "burn" but an allergic reaction to materials in the band or watch itself. Your best advice is to see your doctor and discuss a possible allergy to the metals being used. Some people are allergic to nickel or other metals and materials and that's likely what your issue is. If you are allergic to something in the watch band then you might try a different band made with different materials.
