iPhone XS Max not ringing

Most of the time when people call me it’s sins them straight to my voicemail and never rings on my end. So I missing a lot of important phone calls! I’ve already been to the Local Apple store and they did a reset and said that should fix it but it did not! Very frustrating! Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
