OS 10.12.6

My Mac is NOT old but the OS will not update beyond ver. 10.12.6. I have purchased Intuit TurboTax 2019 (disk) for my Mac and it requires ver. 10.13 - so it won't work (bummer). So I am being forced to purchase a new Mac computer - or - purchase a Windows computer - or - purchase a competitor to TurboTax. At any rate, I am going to have to ask Intuit TurboTax for a refund since their software will NOT work on my not-so-old Mac.

Is there any work-around for this problem?

Advice: Stay away from the Mac-TurboTax combo. They don't play well together.

What message are you getting when trying to upgrade? Any Mac that can run Sierra can also run High Sierra.

Try downloading it from this link:

Get macOS High Sierra
