Bluetooth and Sphero

I have a Sphero that definitely works- I've tried it on my other iPads, but it will not connect to one iPad. I've checked the Bluetooth settings on the iPad and I went into the Apps settings. I turned off Bluetooth and then put it back on in both of these areas. The iPad still will not recognize any of my Sphero robots. Any suggestions on how to get Bluetooth working? This is a fairly new iPad.
