I deleted every picture out of my old phone and I didn’t think it would delete them off my new phone

So I was trying to give my old phone to my son yesterday so I was getting all of my stuff out of the phone and I deleted every single picture out of it and permanently deleted them which I didn’t think it would delete them off my new phone as well when I did that and I’m so sick over this...is there anyway to get them back?
