How to delete this video project ‘from my mac’ on iphone 7 Photos. I have never connected to Mac.

The "From My Mac" section of the album list is showing you the items that have been synced to the iPhone from your Mac. They are not really a part of your Photos Library and stored separately. They can only be deleted by syncing again with your Mac.
If you really never connected the iPhone to the Mac for charging or similar, the video may have veen saved by some app. Have you saved videos from an app running on your iPhone? Then you have to use this app to remove the video.
