Non-Standard App (ZEE5) from Apple Store & Not Responsible App for any payment issue

I have installed an application "ZEE5" from apple store and subscribed for 1 year premium account via "Apple Account" but, still i am not able to view any premium contents/movies/channels and under my account.

And for any my queries on this issue related with the payment with respective application owner, the owner is not responding. (The payment INR 3249 deducted from my account on behalf of Apple).

I hope and believe the respective deducted amount paid to the application owner (ZEE5) and they are not responding to my queries.

In this situation, Is that possible, to get my money back. or, Can i request the apple store to block/remove the application from Apple Store to avoid the other users inconvenience in future.

Please advise.

Thanks,

K Mani.

Hello kavitha_manikandan_82,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are having an issue with a subscription for an app. Since you have already contacted the app developer, please see if you can request a refund using the steps in this Apple resource on this process, and then contact Apple if you need any further assistance.
