Apple TV navigates to Arcade while streaming

Hello community,

I have begun having this problem in the last four or five days. While I'm streaming something (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) my Apple TV will interrupt and navigate to the Apple Arcade to ask me if I want to subscribe. If I navigate back to the streaming service it happens again about every five minutes. I have made sure my software and all apps are up to date, have restarted the device several times, and have unplugged the Apple TV completely and plugged it back in a few minutes later. Nothing seems to work and it's getting very frustrating.

Anyone else having this problem or have suggestions on how to fix it?

Unfortunately, you might have to reset your Apple TV.

I've never heard of anyone that has had this issue. Have you tried unplugging it, replugging and using one of your devices as the remote instead of the Apple TV remote? Maybe the issue you're having is with that. Try seeing if any other Bluetooth devices are connected to your Apple TV by going in the Settings.
